PART 12/18 James Cartwright begins studies in the practical section of the epistle by looking at the altar experience of the believer in Romans 12:1-8. Over-viewing the final 5 chapters, he shows that all doctrine must be followed by doxology and then devotion.

Dividing the section into 2, he looks at the Altar of the Christian (12:1) and the Altered Christian (12:2-8). The consecration of the believer impacts his mindset (12:2-3), his membership (12:4-5) and his ministry (12:6-8).
